I take your point and am also happy with the broader picture and the medium to long term prospects of the company (>12 months).

With regard to the SP, I am personally not overly concerned with ST fluctuations, however there are holders that do care and at this point there seems to be no short term catalyst (announcement) which would provide a near term reversal.

Add to that the overhang of resolution 4 and it seems the market has spoken ....... at least for the moment.

One thing you can say about KEY, is that it is always an interesting ride! All part of the fun and games of investing.
