Slightly off topic ........... I will be watching with interest the outcome of the proposed legislation that will allow shareholders to vote down board pay increases with a vote of only 25% (I think that is correct???).

If I understand correctly, under the proposed legislation, if a remuneration resolution is rejected twice than a re-election of all directors will be triggered.

I believe it has passed through the house and is heading to the senate. I must admit I am a bit hazy on the details but in principal this could be the catalyst for greater communication by all ASX listed companies, but more specifically the small caps.

Like I said, I will be watching with interest with regard to how this will change the culture of communication toward shareholders.
