Benny and the chm boys went to court , soley because their attempted extortion attempt didnt work..their bluff was called......They then proceeded to layout a fairy story, with plent of allegation but very little proveable fact...But I do agree with you,,Justice will be served soon....A flimsy case, primarily based on heresay and supposition failed to impress.....The only shareholders Ben and his cohorts have any interest in, is themselves!!...which will very soon become apparent, even to die hard gullible gamblers.(there's one born every minute)....Chm never deserved a share in any I/O assets, and this crew who know absolutely nothing about mining anyway certainly won't be getting any.......After the mystery funder takes his slice and costs Chm may end up with a few million...but even thats still a maybe......
