re: Ann: AWB successfully completes equity ra... if there is a formula that sets out how any surplus or deficit will be dealt with and this is written down in a contract with the underwriter, then surely this is inconsistent with allocation at AWE's discretion? A formula means no choice. Choice means discretion.........
