I did some thinking about this 'strange' placement and the way it was presented to us in that exact moment of time. Few basic things came to mind and made me feel better:

Tanzania's resources are considered to be rich and untapped and we have some real big fishes swimming in this waters, where our small KEY is taking a brave dive.
We also know that Aminex has increased it's stake by 25% lately, after (if I'm not wrong) the seismic was given for analysis.
There are lots of things that we don't know and things that we may never learn unless if we are part of the particular situation and deep into the industry game.
The important is - the management should play the cards right, and I think that we have exactly this ambitious type of management with KEY.
If they say they need the funds through placement, ready for the future - there must be something under the surface of the 'water' - Tanzanian, Italian... and we need to be in a strong position, by some reasons. IMO
