AEZ has recovered since early March when 2c-3c so has tripled since them,don`t know how the European stimulas
was done but most only help certain areas, retail seems to get the least help,coming out the recession slowly so although property will increase in value,slowly,slowly the s/p..AEZ in saying that have 93% occupancy,with rental pre-downturn.Will rise,will take patience.No dillution of share price is a good sign.
