Nice to see you back Buffett, yes I agree surely a better defined intention by ASIC may have had a more profound impression on both CNP and all who are watching and investing.
There are way too many "Grey" areas and boundaries being stretched and ignored as being too hard to address properly.
"Too little, too broad, too late, ASIC" What a poor effort token at best.
