The MOU has been extended until the 18 December. Might be a good announcement of the signing of the deal before X-Mas. Plenty of Boulder Steel reps in Gladstone over the last month or so. Gives you good reason to think that they will have everything lined up for the announcement. Also rumored that the royal family who is funding the project may be in town towards the end of the year. Seems as though it could also line up with the announcement 18th December...
