If ASIC can do this to Centro .... there will be heaps of other company directors starting to get worried as soon it will be their turn to face the music. Finally some action by coporate regulator, alas, too little too late IMHO!
Also, not good for the immediate SP of this stock if the banks start to bail out too. But I think not, as they have too must invested here.
