Why is it questionable? Its simple really - you have absolutely no idea who is buying or selling.
Actual buyers or sellers could fall into a range of different scenarios and possibilities as im sure anyone who has enough experience in the market will comprehend.
Just because you have always said OROPA needs 'serious investors' does not mean that is what is actually happening just because there is more activity in the stock.
Its a nice thought though and i agree that ORP has great potential moving forward.
