knocking at .10+ now , imo would not be surprised to see a new substantial holder announced in the next month or so, someone has been buying aggresively on market since .04's, may see a slight retrace into the .08's to shake some sellers out imo, but overall target of .15-.20+ by years end is achievable on the back of positive news flow etc...
