yes that is a big barrier to have broken in such a low volume month aswell, yes tibbs i too have been aboard gmg, gpt from the lows , i didnt get on to mof till few weeks back , grabbed em at .29 but only got half of what i really wanted, nevermind im happy so far with the way they are trending upwards, and as nortiba said 10000 milestone has hit and when volumes start picking up in coming months i can see the com property overseas starting to get back on fire as it will here too. rates are going up and from what i can see people are turning to shares for better returns, they will find mof to be rather a good bet in turning around and still returning 9-10% income with much more capital gain then a private resi investment property.
