He states that MOG wins if MEO gets a deal and that MOG wins even bigger if MEO dont get a deal.
Albers wants to control Artemis and cant do that with MEO getting a farm-in deal.

Maybe Octanex is the farm-in partner and Albers will then control at least 70% of Artemis???
