It was announced this afternoon that the SPP has resulted in only 3,953,829 new shares out of potentially up to around 13,745,000 new shares being issued.

Some quick calulations indicate this will result in a reduction of NTA per share of only around 0.48%.

Given the SPP was announced at a discount of 5% to the share price, all who subscribed to the SPP and particularly the smaller holders who subscribed in full have done very well indeed.
