I think, from memory, Directors or substantial shareholders have 5 days to report on market sales (depending on corp goverance statements etc). Will be keeping watch, as if it eventuates, it may get worse due the need of dilution and perceived unethical practices. If not, well, it may be a different kettle of fish post placement (which IMO is very necessary). Perhaps a placement may be in the 3s or 4s. Not sure, but the protection of intellectual property/patents are needed. It sure has dived but had an alarming secondary spike last Monday. Hope not many lost too much.
