bee afraid, bee very afraid, page-2

brilliant post...yeah very topical.

Its becoming a massive problem the bee's dying thing.

Bee's are responsible for pollinating crops all around the world...as well as flowers etc.

China has had entire bee populations wiped out and they have had to resort to using human's in fields delicately walking through fields with a feather, dipping it in pollen and wiping it on a plant to get pollenation going.

Parts of the USA....entire bee populations have been wiped out over night.

I'm not up on the bee's getting wiped out situation but understand the implications...massive food shortages world wide if we dont sort it out.

Maybe the GM food company's are doing it somehow then will come out with some type self pollinating crop and license it to the government.

Huge area this whole GM food / seed thing.

Talk of GM foods etc has been around for a while but with the money behind it all, or potential wins for company;s that control world food....you can see there will be some amazing changes down the track.
