Yes it is unfortunate for the Mums and Dads but when they raise money off sophisticated investors, they don't need any documentation. Just a quick phone call. Do you want stock or not? I thought I would get at least 50% of what I applied for but no way. There was far too much interest so the cutback was very severe.
