The only announcement by the company to date is that there will be a placement following a "book build" process.
This process is normally aimed at institutional investors. (They have indicated that some investment will come from offshore)
They have made no statement about including retail or existing shareholders in the capital raising.
I fail to see how you or anyone else can have allocation, let alone a firm allocation at $.115
Am I missing something ?
