Just a slap on the wrist by the ASX for failing to lodge its full year accounts on time. The board has already apologised for the delay, stating:
"The lodgement of the Company’s 2009 Annual Report has been delayed due to an unexpected delay in the finalisation of the audit of the Company’s annual financial accounts by the Company’s auditors."
