I have no interest in MOG, never invest in these types of speculative deals and only briefly read the documents yesterday morning. Hence, I'm probably not worth listening to.

My quick read picked up on a 32% chance of Artemis having gas. So that's a 68% of it being worth zero. If you want to speculate in this then they're your odds. If I was speculating in it, I'd half the 32% to be more conservative.
