He will only start to negotiate with LLC if he realises there is a groundswell of s/h who think the offer is too low.

Make no mistake- LLC wants LLP - they have a huge amount of $ invested already - they want to back those r/v they bought off PTN into the structure. They see the R?V sector as a big growth sector in Aust.
