its like a mexican standoff. little volume, either the buyers/accumulaters are trying to wear down the sellers, get a decent amount at say 10.5 the do a line sweep and go upwards, or putting selling pressure to sell at the 10c level. seems sandwiched between 10 and 11
that will stop daytraders normally.
