Thanks, I just read your post, totally agree and your analysis of share register is spot on.

I doubt that sending the same letter from retail investors will do much good, though, it might be worth a try. It won't hurt. But I think it will take some phone calls and someone like City negotiating a better deal.

I find it amazing the board who has just stated that backing is 50c and removed the most pressing finance issue should recommend a sale at 31c. I think this should be added to your proposed text as well as a couple of thoughts in regards to the fact that directors, or "independent consultant" who do not act in the best interests of shareholders may become liable for subsequent action by shareholders.
