Not only the small retail investor gets left out and his order only partly filled via a scaleback, while the institutions get their full fill up but, now Poplar P/L A company owned by two of the current directors, want to get for themselevs more than 1 million shares at the $1.40 per share, lol.

There were no shares left for us, as we oversubscribed, and we got scaled back, but there are plenty of shares still available for the Directors when they want some more. At the current sp they will make a clean $500k (and even more) net to them in just a clean sweep.

It sucks.
