    Subtantial lies in the eyes of the beholder.

    In the Koh/Evans case MMX said they were substantial claims. In the end the payout was a few mil plus costs.

    Anyway, CHM is a shonky co. Even if they get a big payout their shareholders won't see jack. I wouldn't put a dime of my money in this co.
