The dumper is quite keen to get rid of their shares and I think they used today to dump a heap of shares under the cover of not having it show in the Annual report.
For the last 2 years, GWR has had it's top 20 lists in their annual reports taken from the 25th of September. Under the T+3 rule, today's seller will not be noted in the annual report if they take the same snapshot.
