I meant a div possible for the 6 mths ending 6/2010.(usually payable 9/2010)
I think LLC will want to start to see a return by then.
At worst case scenario, my feelings is at the end of yrs results in 6/2010, they will be touting the word"Dividend" to commence. That will aid the SP.
I realize that there wont be anything for December 2009 & like you, not expecting .

But stranger things have happened, hey!
