It already happened to Anvil on all three minesites.
Fortunately the reviews have been finalised after much delay and great shareholder pain. The government has extorted what money they could and relative stability has returned.
I'm not sure if this mine review was ever previously 'settled', if it wasn't then it's one of the last to be negotiated. What we are seeing may just be part of this process, in true African style.
If this minesite was previously settled in the 'review' than this would be a cause of concern.
