"Black Fire can earn a 75% interest in the project by spending A$2.5 million
on exploration within five years. Black Fire will refund a total of A$25,000 against PacMag’s tenement
acquisition costs to date and will commit to spending a minimum of A$250,000, inclusive of the tenement
cost refund, before it can withdraw from the project."
