Hi Roznov,
I have since done some digging and clarified that the formal process for purchase of UK assets is still in the hands of the legal and accounting type folks to make sure all is in order; I would not be expecting delays. We will all be advised via ASX when it is complete... as it should be.

We will own the hardware as well i.e. pumps. process equip and tanks.

If anyone is game to have a punt on the value of these and add to tax benefit we are buying I would suggest we are nearly getting the oil for free. Thoughts appreciated on this..

Just quietly I am pretty happy with it all and probably holding a lot more than I should be.

And my new best mate Stephen as Sensis emailed me again.. still cant spell but he now has a few messages of his own apparently...
