I read ALL of the posts on this thread eb and I'm having trouble working out how you came to the above conclusion.

Please produce at least a handful of these posts giving "glowing praise of managment" to back up what you are writing about.

Gt, Rogues, OLY and other regular readers of this thread would I'm sure love to be reminded of them also.
