PDN's project with EME is in Northern Territory, so not sure its related.
Mind you, the way PDN avoided talking about their EME JV in their quarterlies, it could very well be PDN TKO of EME.
'pending corporate transaction regarding EME'
Im guessing that would mean one of two things:
1. TKO of EME, or
2. JRL have found a buyer for their stake.
As a JRL holder, hoping the former given that would guarantee a premium.
Obviously EME shareholders would also be hoping for the former.
