worse still Maverick ...could we deduce there'll be no good(or bad) news for another month or so if, as you could expect, good corporate governance is followed. Noel should have been more savvy on the t/o front and he'd now have 150m DLS worth $11m+ more than his TDO holding...but that might have involved meeting with the other side and trying to cut a deal for all shareholders....the cost of keeping your own little baby is high.
