Really, I can assure you, as I have worked in a dealing room for years and have had my own trades rejected as they were outside of the market.
I think you may be best to bring it up with the ASX under market supervision, see their website for contact numbers, you are asking about trades that are "out of the market" or "away from the market".
They regulate it to prevent price manipulation and trades in error.
