avo gone today, page-22

I've followed this thread with interest today and a few things have been said which, if they are right, makes it a very bid so far.
1) apparently avo will end up with 40%
2) apparently BS sold because of liquidity issues.. No real way of knowing for sure on either of these points, but let's assume they are correct.

In which case, if you take out the BS stake, 3% of the other remaining shareholders have accepted today. That's not much, and I think I know why:
1) DIO management did not recommend the avo bid after rms came in
2) DIO management have not recommended the Rms bid either yet
3) in fact the only recommendation has come from avo and that was in two parts a) accept avo and b) reject rms
given that the only recommendation has come from avo, I think shareholders are absolutely right to ignore the noise and keep holing their shares.
