    Compare what happened to Oilex and Roma from about a month back, to when Connolly missed.

    If Moby misses/is small/is tight, then EBR are likely to stay about where they are, possibly falling a cent.

    On the other hand, MOG will get crunched.

    Unless Moby comes through, MOG really dont have the cash for a second offshore shot.
