Wednesday's AFR ran an article about Maguire Properties, the largest office landlord in Southern California, which might relinquish control of seven buildings with $1.06BN USD of debt but the company said it wasn't planning to file for bankruptcy.
MOF holds six US office towers in a joint venture with Maguire. An MOF spokesman said none of the joint venture properties were being handed back to financiers.
