this is an errata to my earlier post of yesterday

I said director selling was a worry - it was an oversight on my part- director actually did two trades; one on the 12th and the other on the 15th

the net effect was that he shifted shares from SVA employees share plan to that of him and his wife and also increased his net holdings by 106000 shares

no director would do that if there was impending doom - at least I wouldnt if I was a director

note that this director trade was 10 days after the wilson dumping - which is a bit reassuring
