I don't know exactly when the meeting will be held, but I was just referring to the announcement released on 5 August:

"The Company will convene a meeting in mid September 2009 to ratify and/or seek shareholder approval for the various issue of securities as outlined herein."

They may be usually late releasing drilling results than what they say, but with this type of meeting, I think they'll call it as soon as they are able - ie mid-September.
