In answer to your specific question:

I take particular note of the line "Ramelius expects to increase the reportable JORC compliant resource base when all results are received from these drilling programs." It seems to me this was never done. Why?

I made a post today on this very subject and one reason is because "when all results are received from these drilling programs" ---- drilling continues and therefore not completed. Yesterday's drilling announcement is yet another example.
