The EGM is today and i don't think they will have any problems gaining approval from their shareholders on this issue considering it was massively oversubscribed.
That did not stop them from making yesterdays announcement!
I have held KEY probably as long or longer than most posters on HC, I am not happy with the progress of KN#1 and until AEX/KEY tell me when or if KN#1 is moving to production i will continue to hassle Ken Russell.
He did state "early commercialisation" in his release via the ASX last year, that has not happened!!!
