Slow off the mark? As Surandy points out they set their mark weeks ago - the 10th.
From memory MAK began their SPP well before KEY and extended it the day before it was due to close - and now they have to have a meeting to see if they can issue the extra shares. I don't hold MAK, but if I did I would be less than impressed.
If KEY fail to meet their deadline on Monday (unlikely)... that would be bad form.
Why point out the positives of another Co while being critical of KEY... sell your KEY, buy MAK - be happy.
