    positively ruane is a 19% shareholder of this company

    negatively, ruane has been farming out this project for decades

    old reports are available in the WAMEX website

    i read them last year but I bought after I spoke to Ruane

    Ruane reckons technology has moved on since the last attempts

    i have now bought three shares after talking to Ruane - IRC, RWD & AIV

    at least I am ahead on AIV
