I have followed these guys pretty closely since going on the register mid Dec. I only have a couple of small caps in my PF, and TCQ is one I find really interesting as a small investment, so I tend to research them more. I am prepare for a full writedown, but I have a feeling it may go the other way?

Most of what I have seen in the past few days doesn't add up...

why would Seymour trf his holdings to related company on 17/07/09 (and wait until the 04/08/09 to notify)...

then dump his entire portfolio almost in two days, two weeks later following all the bad publicity? Report this change within hours, and going so far as making media statements regarding his intention to sell more?

We already know that these Qld property dudes like to do 'deals', so I am assuming something is happening. O'Rorke was knocked back by the 'former' board last year @$0.80, and he recently made statements in support of the 'people at the coalface' within Trinity (ie. he values their skills).

My assumptions are based just on public announcements and media reports.
