IVC's DRP is not available to New Zealand domiciled investors. I thought it was but failed to read the small print. Be that as it recent correspondence with Phillip Friery (Company secretary)on the topic suggests that the situation may change. Phillip anticipates seeking Board approval for NZ registered holders, which number only about 70 out of about 9,500 shareholders, to be able to participate in IVC's DRP. I just want to publically thank Phillip for his efforts and concern and hope that the Board give the proposal a big tick.
