right from the outset the insto's played the retail mkt like schmuks....as soon as they anns the insto offering was fully taken up..and the sp dropped..to me it was pretty obvious the insto's wanted the retail offer to flop, thus allowing them to get in at discounted prices...
This will rise pretty soon...nothing is 100% guaranteed..but there aren't too many other sure bets like this on the asx at the moment..
