One thing I cant get my head around is that it states on page 2 that there is a 8 month timetable from development approval to production. The heads of agreement requires us to provide coal by April 2010.
Given the new mining laws are not sorted yet so we dont have a mining licence it appears to me we will by pushing it to make the deadline or am i missing something
