Totaly agree with your sentiment that a free attached option is the way to go.

interesting to note that from august they have the ability
to raise more capitol. Could be a busy couple of months for NGM holders, and hopefully if they do raise more capitol it will be as you suggest and reward us shareholders without discounting the sp.

given the current sp I think its discounted enough!!!
