Guys just my 2cents worth i am a key shareholder and a great fan of Ted Ellyard and a very very happy ex-Hardman share holder. Now knowing Ted and the reason for the purchase of the oil play in the UK as a going concern in my opinion is management are keen to list Key in the Aim market in the UK and increase its exposure to a larger shareholders than just Australia because once you become a producer as well as a exploration company people take a more serious look at a company including managed funds.My reason of this line of thinking is that many years ago i had asked Ted Ellyard why HDR was buying into small oil production oil producing plays in WA northern region in partnership with 3-4 other small Ozzie oil producers the answer i was given by Ted was Hdr was looking at being listed on the LONDON AIM market.The rwest is history and History does repeat repeat repeat Hence the KEY management.The other issue should one purchase at 11 cents thru the share price issue well its how you look at things but an example is as a shareholder of MIK 2 months ago they had a share issue at 4 cents while trading as low as 4.7 cents proir to closing date and rocketed up to 12 cents whitin 2 -3 weeks and now sitting 9-10 cents,and guess what MIK did a phone call to all share holders on weather i take up the share issue offer just like KEY called me this arvo asking the same questions of me. Guys its your tough call but as for me i am taking up my shares at 11 cents and in the long term with international acreage like KEY has for me its only North from here.
