Hi, I thought WVL were in receivership. I made a lot of money from this company. I bought a lot of shares when they were a few cents each and sold at over $1.50. I had originally bought in their first manifestation at great cost.
When it dropped off earlier this year I was surprised as their Annual Report said they had $190 million in cash. However that was deceptive as it was cash and cash equivalents when I followed the trail through the Notes. It seems like the "cash equivalents" disappeared. They were well on the way to completion so I thought it would be producing.
I now have just over 5000 shares so I am not too concerned which way it goes as I have profited greatly previously.
